False Creek, Vancouver. . .

With temperatures dropping down to minus 12 with a windchill of minus 21 in Moncton, New Brunswick, I like to look back over the photos I've taken for some warmth. Apparently it's better then burning them in the middle of the floor to create heat. This one is of Vancouver's West End - taken close to dusk from the Burrard Street Bridge last summer continues to remind me of warmer temperatures to come. Oh my. . .

Vancouver, British Columbia

Taken in early June, 2005, at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Garden in Vancouver. This place is a respite from the hustle of the surrounding city. It's located on Carrall Street in the historic Chinatown. I used to walk through the city, taking photos, and, especially on hot days, head to the garden where I would sit and relax.
